We help Australian councils, agencies, and FSIs stand up governed AI - fast.
Vendor-neutral and advisory-only, we design the strategy, governance, and evidence to make AI AIAF-ready, ACSC-aligned, and explainable.
Who we are
I lead AI Strategy Co. as Chief AI Strategy Associate and founding member. My focus is simple: pair clear strategy with evidence-first governance so programs are safe, auditable, and defensible. Every engagement blends executive direction with hands-on artefact delivery—no black boxes.
What we do (advisory only)
• AIAF Readiness (14 days): gaps, control posture, and an audit-ready evidence pack.
• ACSC-Aligned Controls & Registers: control catalogue, risk/exception registers, and evidence mapping.
• AI Governance, Model Risk & XAI: model inventory/tiering, explainability statements, decision & issues logs.
• Audit-Ready Pilots (~30 days): trace-ID logging, HITL gates, rollback criteria, committee run-of-show.
• Vendor Due-Diligence (DDQ): independent reviews (e.g., Oracle Fusion AI Agents) with contractual governance checklists.
Exclusions: Business consultancy and advisory services only. We do not design, develop, license, host, provide, operate, or maintain software or platforms; we do not build models.
How we work
• Outcome-led sprints (14–30 days) with weekly read-outs.
• Co-design with Governance, Legal, Risk, Records & ICT.
• Evidence-first artefacts: decision/transparency logs, control registers, XAI statements, approval pathways.
• Vendor-neutral and policy-aligned to AIAF, ISM/PSPF, Privacy by Design, and bank-grade model-risk expectations.
